Common Questions
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes - you can upgrade from any plan at any time. Your cards, data and team all carry over automatically.
What happens to staff cards if I cancel?
Cards remain visible until the subscription end date. After that they are deactivated but all data is kept for 30 days.
Can staff edit their own card?
Yes - each team member gets their own login and can edit their own card. The admin can also edit any card in the team.
